Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our digital platform is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question during the preceding six-month window.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Asian Strategic Pulse against legal costs or damages resulting from unauthorized sharing of our proprietary pulse reports or violation of these terms.
Jurisdictional Framework
